On the 26th of January, the members of MotoRiders Club gathered to cut the new year's Vasilopita pie ((traditional greek pie for the shake of the new year containing a lucky coin). Actually, this was considered mostly a factor to gather once again the friends and members of the club.Participation was in higher levels than before. This year we were lucky to have the presence of Giorgos and Stergiani, who travelled from the far city of Ioannina for this purpose, even though the cold was very strong! Vangeli's mother honoured us, once again, by making the vasilopita pie. We deeply thank her!!
The lucky people for the night were our two far friends from Ioannina, Giorgos & Stergiani who found the lucky coin. Along with the lucky coin, they also won two fantastic days of relaxation at the high class hotel Palladion Boutique Hotel in Argos city. These 2 days staying are a friendly offer to our club, by Giannis Koutsopoulos, the owner of the hotel. We warmly thank him for his offer!
Since Giorgos and Stergiani came all the way to Athens, the next day we scheduled a small tour to Salamina island. We wish to everybody happy new year 2008 and to offer us plenty and safe travelling kilometers. We thank all those that came and honoured us with their presence, but also all those who wanted to come but didn't managed to, due to obligations.
